Pollution: Greenhouse Gasses
One of the biggest causes of pollution is the development, consumption and combustion of fossils fuels. Though the burning of these precious materials is dangerous, the actual aftermath is more risky. With the burning of fossils, more carbon dioxide is produced than many of the trees can handle, partly because of over-consumption and deforestation (see Land Development). And the remaining loose carbon-dioxide deposits itself to the atmosphere, where it camps and stays for years stopping any natural heat to exit the atmosphere, creating a system where the heat, natural and unnatural, just shifts not necessarily leaving the atmosphere. And all the heat is surely melting all ice, including that of the Taiga, meaning glaciers, ice caps, mountain tops/snow and in extreme cases plain water. So if we don't stop this consumption, we won't have the Taiga, its snow, ice or even it in general.
Pollution: People
Next to greenhouse gasses, people are the second biggest cause to the pollution in the Taiga Forest. When you litter there are multiple bad things that could happen. One of the many bad things is that animals could easily choke on any wrappers or cans. Because a mere fox does not know that the wrapper or can is potentially dangerous to its health. Also it can take over 500 years for certain items to decompose. If you left a plastic bag to decompose the bag may sit there for 500 or more years. However after about 500 years when the bag is decomposed would you ever want to use that decomposed bag to plant any food? You would not, so then why would you let a tree grow there especially when the tree is defenseless. This is why it is vital for humans to leave only footprints when they visit a forest.
